Discover's Credit ScoreTracker Demo

Summary

Discover's Credit ScoreTracker is a robust new product that has introduced a new concept to the market: credit score monitoring. We created a Flash demo that not only helped explain the features but encouraged customers to get excited about their credit score. A better user experience, even in areas not directly related to product functionality, make happier customers who want to stick around longer!

Lead Designer employed by Experian Consumer Direct, the company contracted to create Credit ScoreTracker for Discover.

Challenge

Create a demo for the new Discover Credit ScoreTracker product.

Solutions

Discover was expecting a single web page describing the product. Instead, we delivered an interactive Flash demo with a voice-over that knocked their socks off. This was a bit of a risky move since I wasn't sure if they would go for such a big production. They were so happy, that they immediately requested one for the second product our company was creating: Discover's Identity Theft Protection. Our own company loved it so much they decided to integrate similar presentations for our sales staff and websites.
